San Juan Dental Hygiene STAFF
San Juan Dental Hygiene started as a business in
Spring of 2007, but the professionals involved are no strangers
to dentistry in the Pagosa Springs area.
Dental Hygienists Maddie Beserra, RDH and Angie
Dahm, RDH have worked as dental hygienists for many years.
Maddie Beserra, RDH graduated in 1984 as a registered
dental assistant. She started working in the dental field in Camarillo
and Westlake, CA. In 1990 she received her AS degree in Dental Hygiene
from West Los Angeles/UCLA School of Dentistry. Maddie and her husband
Geoffrey moved to Pagosa Springs in mid 1995. They have two children,
Mitchell 8yrs old and Danielle 12 yrs. Maddie's hobbies are skiing,
RVing, hiking and biking. Some of her goals include; helping the
community through Parks and Recreation development, Girls Fastpitch
Softball, and providing oral health care to the public in a caring
and affordable manner.
Angie Dahm, RDH graduated in 1978 from the University
of Minnesota - Minneapolis with her B.S. degree. She worked in Minneapolis
until she moved to Boulder, CO in 1982, working full-time as a hygienist.
After Angie and Mark's daughter, Heather was born in 1988, Angie
practiced part-time untill 1999 when the family moved to Pagosa
Springs. They opened WolfTracks Bookstore & Coffee Co. and happily
ran that business until it closed in March 2007. Angie had kept
